Martin Grant, owner and operator of Noteworthy, is a Certified CREIA Inspector with a background in engineering, project management, and construction. He performs professional, detail oriented inspections using a narrative-style photo-illustrated computer generated reporting system. Mr. Grant obtained his formal Property Inspection education from Inspection Training Associates, and has been actively performing property inspections since 2004. He is a Certified Inspector member of CREIA and is an active member of the Orange County Chapter. CREIA Inspectors are held to a high standard of ethics and technical knowledge and must maintain a minimum of 30 continuing education credits annually.
