Pelican State Inspection did a great job inspecting our last purchase. We actually had them inspect two houses for us. The first home had major foundation problems and we did not buy it. Two weeks later we had another home inspected by Foxe at Pelican State Inspection. The inspection reports were easy to read and had lots of color pictures. The sellers fixed over $3300 dollars of problems that were found. Let me tell you the $300 dollars we spend to have the home inspected was well worth it. We will recommend them to friends and family and call them on our next home purchase.
