I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute's master course, an intensive education in the inner workings of a home. I continue to read and study to ensure that I am up-to-date on the latest developments in home systems. I hold a home inspector license through the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board (NCHILB License #2490), which requires that I complete continuing education credits each year to maintain membership. I voluntarily exceed this amount to ensure that I provide the best possible service to my customers. For example, I recently completed the top-level licensing course for heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC), more training than most HVAC technicians working in the field receive.
