MBM Engineering & Inspection Services was founded by Mansour Shirvani, P.E. He received his B.S. with president's honor status in civil/structural engineering from The Oklahoma State University in 1996. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, with the MS in civil/structural engineering in 1998. Since his graduation he has worked in several structural design companies in California and Texas, and has designed numerous buildings from airports, schools, bridges, telecommunication towers, to regular residential buildings
