Although Advanced Home Inspection Services has been around for only 9 years, our founder has been in the building industry for nearly thirty years. Starting in 1976 as an apprentice carpenter, he then became self employed and a licensed general contractor in 1986. As a construction superintendent for several years, employed by large corporations, he supervised the construction of several hundred homes. Starting the inspection business after several years as a police investigator provided a solid report writing background and training experience.
