I am certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), and The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I am also a state of Iowa certified Radon specialist and test for the level of airborne allergins in and around the home. In addition to doing full home inspections I also do what I like to call componet inspections. And what I mean is that I inspect componets, ( Roof, Structural, Mechanical, Foundation, HVAC ). These inspections are of course at a reduced price.
