Advantage Home Inspection Service is owned and operated by Stan Lehman of Fallon, Nevada. Stan is a native of northern Nevada. He started Advantage Home Inspection Service after completing certification classes in the fall of 2002. Stan has over 33 years experience in building maintenance and construction.
The state of Nevada requires all residential home inspectors to be fully certified. In the last few years, this certification process has become increasingly more technical, requiring special classes, on the job training and continuing education before re-licensure. Currently Nevada requires 20 hours of continuing education every two years before re-licensure. Stan holds membership in NACREI, the Nevada Association of Certified Real Estate Inspectors.
