Eric is the original co-founder (and now full owner) of Home Examiners.

Eric went into construction in 1986. During that time he was involved in all phases, from the ground up. He then went on to complete a 2 year course in construction technology, graduating in 1988.

We use state of the art electronic reporting systems which allow our clients to download their reports electronically off of the Inspectvue.com site. We provide our clients with their own client name and password enabling them to access their report. Our clients can view, print, and save their reports with our system.
Clients and Realtors receive an easy to follow Summary Page. Summary items that are in need of repair are printed in Red ink for easy to read emphasis.
Our team views inspecting crawl spaces as part of our job, therefore, we do not charge additional fees for crawl spaces.
With Trinity there are no additional fees for Weekend Inspections!
Older structures are not charged a premium due to their age. Same rates apply regardless of age.
Trinity carries General Liability Insurance to put our clients at ease.
