Hi my name is Jon Supler. I have been inspecting homes in the central and eastern NC area for 18 years. My home base is in Raleigh but I do a lot of work in Durham, Chapel Hill, Wilson , Cary, and Rocky Mount. I have performed over 10,000 fee paid inspections. I also specialize in water intrusion inspections for homes with synthetic stucco or EIFS. I do continuous monitor radon testing as well as well water and septic inspections. I am one of the few inspectors that still walks on all roofs no matter the pitch; you won't believe some of the things I find up there that could never be seen from the ground or the top of a ladder

Absolute Home Inspections, Inc helps people with their home or investment purchases by inspecting the property from the attic to the basement, and preparing a 9-10 page, 300+ item, inspection report detailing the condition of the interior and exterior of the structure itself and its main component systems - the Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating and Air Conditioning. With this report, including digital photos, our clients have a greatly improved understanding of the condition of the property that they plan to purchase.

An inspection typically takes 2-3 hrs at the property and you will typically receive the report by the next business morning.
