Its owner and founder Bob Blanchfield, is a successful businessperson with a bachelor??™s degree in Construction Engineering, and over 30 years experience in the environmental area and home renovation business.



Bob Blanchfield has been certified to conduct home inspections in the state of Pennsylvania with a combination of his educational background, construction experience, and successful completion of a national certification test. Bob is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) Member No. 04111271, and the Housing Inspection Foundation (HIF). Bob is also a Certified Housing Consultant through the HIF.
