Ed Roman has been in the home building and improvement business for over 40 years. Besides his formal training, his expertise lies in the knowledge he received from generations of craftsmen. Ed has built and remodeled single family, twin, row home and condominium residences, and is familiar with the nuances of each. He has also had training in structural design, kitchen and bathroom design, plumbing, electrical and other components which make up a home. Ed has attended countless training seminars, and is one of only 460 home inspectors in the United States with the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) designation of Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI).
