Certified Home Inspections(CHI) was developed in 1997. Although we have been in business much longer, CHI was formed to meet a specific demand--Home & Environmental Inspections.

Our parent company, D & D Inspections, has been in business since 1992. This company was primarily formed to provide independent electrical inspections to the electrical utility industry. Due to the demand, and the phone ringing constantly, we realized the need for quality home inspections. Already having a strong background in construction and engineering, the owner decided to educate himself on the housing market, as well as the aspects of this new venture.
